Looking back to look forward

Isn't it crazy to look back on your life and laugh about the silly things that use to stress you out because now they do not matter at all? Or when stupid boys I seriously thought I was going to marry use to make me cry, but now you can't even remember their names. Life keeps going, and the things that use to get you upset seem to have little significance on your life now.

Looking back, I have realized how much God has had his hand over my life. I've made stupid mistakes, Ive turned my back on him to many times, and I sometimes forget he is there. But no matter how far I have strayed away from him he is always there waiting for me to notice him. Even though I have made these past mistakes, God does not care and they do not define me.

To me, I feel hopeful when I remind myself of my future and already know God has blessed it. He knows who we are going to marry, how many kids we will have, where we work, and every little thought that will be going through our heads. HE KNOWS!! and that can be extremely comforting to know that you do not need to worry because your future is in God's hands.


If you believe in God and have a relationship with him, he will use you. You have a purpose on this earth, and YOU are made for so much more than earthly things. God has picked you, and all you have to do is except it. So whenever you have worries, doubts, or fears turn to him for he is the ultimate comfort because it is ALL in his hands!!
